There was a problem with the shipper, and the company kept me updated and kept in contact the entire time to keep my worries at Bay. My item arrived in time for Christmas and I'm super happy with it thank you all for your patience with me
Shipping was fast, upon building the car for my grandson, some of the pieces didn't fit properly. I had to file down some of the pieces to snap in properly. The doors are difficult to open for a 3 year old. Otherwise, it's a decent machine. Price point is a little high for what you get.
This is the cutest little car BUT it was damaged in shipping. I'm waiting to hear what the company is going to do about my order.
